Frequently asked questions about e-Invoice
Digital Invoice is a service that allows you to access your METRO invoices online and download them as PDF documents at any time.
Yes, the invoices at the checkout in your METRO store will still be printed. However, you can unsubscribe from paper invoices at METRO in your customer account.
To use e-bill, you need a myMETRO customer account, which you can easily create online.
You can find all invoices since 01.08.2015 in your myMETRO customer account.
Currently, invoices are listed individually for each authorized buyer.
We are working to bring you this feature as soon as possible.
As a METRO GASTRO customer, you can also access your invoices online.
At the moment, your invoices are available online for two years. But, of course, you can also request older invoices in your METRO store as usual.
- go to www.metro.de/kunde/mymetro and click on 'Register'
- click on 'My invoices'
- go to www.metro.de/kunde/mymetro and click on 'Register'
- enter your customer number and zip code and click on 'create an account'
- enter your email address and select a username and password. You will then receive a confirmation email
- open your email account and click on the link in the confirmation email. Now your myMETRO customer account is activated. You can now log in with your username and password at www.metro.de
