METRO Cash & Carry is offering students Internship programs, how does that look like?

You will gain experience in each different department - more than likely moving around stores as you do - You will get lots of opportunities to show your initiative and understanding of our business. Throughout your training you'll have regular reviews and make presentations on your progress, and you'll receive on-going feedback in both formal and informal situations.

Requirements:
 Higher education (or undergraduates)
 Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English
 PC skills
 Analytical and strategic thinking
 Leadership skills
 Goal-oriented
 To be proactive and highly motivated

 Quality Control department

Our Training Programme is designed to give you a detailed knowledge of how our wholesale business operates, to secure the foundations on which you can build a solid career and to allow you to achieve your full potential as soon as possible.
The selection process we have for these positions is designed in such a way that METRO can identify the best candidates who most probably will stay in the course.
