How to become a customer

METRO Cash & Carry wholesale trade centers are servicing legal entities and private entrepreneurs only. In order to become a customer of our wholesale trade centers, the representatives of legal entities or private entrepreneurs can obtain a Customer Card, which gives the opportunity for entering the store and paying for the goods. 

Only legal entities or physical entities registered as entrepreneurs can become METRO Cash & Carry customers.  

A Customer Card gives an exclusive right to enter and purchase at METRO Cash & Carry wholesale trade centers. Customer Card is issued free of charge and registered on the names of customer company representatives. Each customer can receive up to 4 cards issued on the names of company representatives. METRO Customer Card is not due to be handed over to other persons.

If you would like to become a Metro Cash & Carry customer you need to fill in the Registration Form and bring necessary documents:

For legal entities: (upon receiving Customer Cards by a proxy representative)
For legal entities: (upon receiving Customer Cards by the Director)
For private entrepreneurs: (upon receiving Customer Cards by a proxy representative)
For private entrepreneurs: (upon receiving Customer Cards by the Director)


Customer Cards can be obtained at any time you find convenient from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. at all METRO stores.
